Article 1/duration of the stay
The signatory customer of the present contract concluded for a determined duration cannot take advantage under any circumstances of any right to the preservation in places. The e-mail of confirmation holding place of contract.
Article 2/Formalities of reservation
In the reservation we ask to the customer to provide ourselves the address and phone number of a bank card. (N, date and crypto) or to send us a check of the amount of the reservation. The card as the check will not be sold or taken, and act as pledge.

Article 3/Cancellation of the stay by the customer
Any modification is possible only after the agreement of "L' Astrassadou" And can pull additional costs.
We inform to you that in case of cancellation of the reservation before the beginning of the stay, he will be due, as penalty clause by the customer, the compensation fixed in the following way:
- If the cancellation intervenes more than 7 days before the date of arrival, no taking will be made.
- If the cancellation intervenes less than 7 days before the date of arrival, all of the reservation will be taken.
In case of departure anticipated in the course of stay: all of the reserved service will be taken.
Article 4/Insurance cancellation
We draw your attention to the fact that no insurance cancellation is not included in our price lists. It is consequently deeply recommended to sign one.
Article 5/Cancellation of the stay by the owner
When before the beginning of the stay, the owner cancels the stay, he has to inform his customer by e-mail or in defect by telephone. The customer without prejudging appeals in repair of the damage possibly undergone, will be immediately paid off already paid sums. He will receive besides a compensation at least equal to the penalty which he would have supported if the cancellation had intervened in its fact at this date.
Article 6/Arrival time
The customer has to appear the day specified during his reservation, as soon as possible at 5:30 pm (the hour of availability of rooms and discount of keys) and, at the latest, at 8:00 pm. The customer will warn necessarily by telephone if, by force of circumstance, it is forced to arrive after this time slot. In all the measure of the possible, thank you for not arriving after 10:00 pm.
Article 7/Departure time
The departure time of rooms is fixed at 11 am at the latest.
Article 8/Regulation of the balance of the accommodation
The balance of the stay is to be settled the day of the departure, at the initiative of the customer.
Article 9/Change of rooms
Without the customer can take advantage(boast) of no compensation(allowance), the owner saves himself the possibility of changing the room(chamber) initially reserved by the customer by a room(chamber) of the same capacity or the superior capacity. In such a case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.
Article 10 / Pets
Pets are admitted without supplements, but must not be left alone in room(chamber). They are welcome to the restaurant kept on a lead, their owners that must make so that they no pertubent not no the service(department).
Article 11 / Lifestyle and use of places
To guarantee the peace of mind of places and the comfort of the hosts, the respect for certain "lifestyle" is required(demanded) from all. It is in particular asked not to smoke inside rooms(chambers) and common spaces.

The customer makes a commitment to return rooms(chambers) in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare systematically - and to assume(accept) financially - any degradation for which he would be responsible.
It is specified that the "picnic" is not tolerated in room(chamber).
The attention of the hosts is attracted to the fact that the minors(miners) evolving on the property are placed under the unique(only) and the full responsibility of their parents(relatives) or the people having authority on them.
Astrassadou will accept no responsibility in case of loss, of flight(theft) and/or of damage or of wounds caused in the properties(goods) and/or in the people being on the property, and what whatever is the cause.
Article 12 / Modification of the terms of sale
The present terms of sale are modifiable at any time and without advance notice. The acceptance and the respect for these terms of sale are considered acquired immediately the reservation confirmed.
Article 13 / Data protection act
According to the law N 78-17 of January 6th, 1978 relative to the computing, to the files and to the liberties, you benefit from a right of access and from a rectification to the data concerning you. We make a commitment to pass on(to transmit) on no account the information which you communicated us to other companies(societies) or bodies.
Article 14 / MEDIATION
After entering customer service, by email and in the absence of a response
satisfactory within 1 month, the customer can enter the
